Add-On Services • Marriage License Guidance Help couples understand local requirements and prepare necessary documents. • Keepsake Marriage Certificate Branded, decorative certificate for personal display (non-legal). • Ceremony Script Customization Tailored wording to reflect faith, culture, humor, or love story. • Rehearsal Coordination Attend and guide the ceremony rehearsal for smooth execution. • Witness Services Provide or arrange legal witnesses if needed. Post-Ceremony Services • On-the-Spot Notarization For name change forms, prenuptial agreements, or other wedding-related documents.
Cancellation Policy
Wedding Officiant Services Policy Effective Date: 11/18/2025 Provider: Black Diamond Notary, LLC Scope of Services We offer personalized wedding officiant services for civil, spiritual, and custom ceremonies. Services include: • Ceremony planning and script consultation • On-site officiation at your chosen venue • Legal completion and filing of marriage license (Texas only) • Optional add-ons: vow writing support, rehearsal attendance, unity rituals Booking & Availability Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your date. Travel fees may apply for venues outside El Paso and surrounding areas. Ceremony Customization We work closely with each couple to create a ceremony that reflects their values, story, and vision. Script edits and consultations are included in all packages. Final ceremony details must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event. Legal Requirements Couples must obtain a valid Texas marriage license and present it to the officiant before the ceremony. Black Diamond Notary will complete and file the license with the appropriate county clerk unless otherwise arranged. Fees & Payment Service fees vary by package, location, and add-ons. Full payment is due at least 72 hours before the ceremony. Quotes are provided upfront and include all agreed-upon services. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 14 days before the ceremony may be eligible for a partial refund (minus deposit). Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability. Refund Policy Refunds are not issued for no-shows, late license presentation, or changes made after final ceremony approval. If Black Diamond Notary must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or a qualified backup officiant will be provided. Client Responsibilities Couples must: • Communicate ceremony preferences clearly and on time • Provide a valid marriage license • Ensure venue access and readiness for the officiant • Notify us of any special rituals or cultural elements in advance
